Dry Ingredients
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup+2Tbs Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- 3 Mashed Bananas
Crumble Topping
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp Butter Cold
Banana Bread Mixing Instructions
Turn oven to 325 degrees
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together in one bowl.
In another bowl mix egg, sugar, and oil together.
Add the dry to the wet ingredients
Mix in the banana, milk, and vanilla.
Put in loaf pan and bake 50-75 minutes.
Crumble Topping Instructions
Put brown sugar, flour, cinnamon in a bowl.
Cut in your cold butter and mix until crumble forms.
In the last 20 minutes of baking put that on your banana loaf.
How to check when banana bread is done: You want the edges to be slightly pulling from the side and put a toothpick in and no batter is on it.
