Easy Tater Tot Casserole Recipe
Such a quick and easy meal for a crowd, plus it’s delicious!

- 1 Small Onion
- 2 Cups Corn Or any veggies you like
- 1 8 oz Can Cream of potato
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 Package Tater Tots
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350F
Put cast iron pan on stove to medium heat. Add olive oil.
Add your onions and sauté for about 2 minutes. Now add your ground beef. Cook until brown.
Add in your corn, Montreal seasoning, salt, and pepper
Now add in your cream of potato and heavy cream. Mix everything together and let it simmer.
Now top your mixture with the tater tots.
Transfer your cast iron into the oven. And cook for 25 minutes.
