  • 6 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Paste

Instructions

Bread Dough Part 1

  • Combine; Sour Cream, Sugar, Butter, Salt and Water in a microwave safe bowl
  • Microwave bowl combination till warm, about 1 minute
  • Beat egg into warm mixture
  • In a large separate bowl, Combine; Flour and Yeast, mix
  • Combine both bowls into the largest bowl and mix by hand
  • Turn oven on to 200 degrees, cover the bowl with a light towel and stick in the oven to rise for 30 minutes
  • The dough should rise about double its original size

Filling

  • Combine; Softened Butter, Brown Sugar, Cardamon and Cinnamon in a bowl
  • Mix until it is a paste like mixture that you can spread. If it is not thin enough add another stick of butter

Bread Dough Part 2

  • Once dough has risen in the oven, roll the dough out of the bowl with a bit of flour so it is not sticky
  • Add flour to your clean tabletop and shape the dough into an oval
  • Divide the dough into 4 balls and set each aside
  • Take one roll of dough and place on top of the floured tabletop
  • This is where you will use the rolling pin, roll the dough into about a 1/2 inch long oval shape
  • Spread some of the brown sugar mixture evenly on top of the rolled out dough
  • Once the mixture is spread, roll the dough gently from the long side, you should have one long cylinder of dough and brown sugar.
  • Cut the dough cylinder every 1-2 inches, depending on how thick you want your cinnamon rolls
  • Place each cinnamon roll circle into your 9x13 and place in the oven at 200 degrees to let them rise for 15 minutes
  • Now that the rolls have risen in the pan, turn the oven onto 375 and bake for about 20 minutes
  • I suggest placing a small bowl of water into the oven with your pan while baking
  • After 20 minutes place tinfoil on top and let bake another 10 minutes
  • They should be golden on top with done
  • Bake all the rest of the dough and follow the steps with the brown sugar mixture to make perfect cardamon cinnamon rolls

Frosting

  • Combine in bowl; Butter and Cream Cheese
  • Whip until smooth
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix again
  • You'll want the rolls to mostly be cooled before adding the cream cheese frosting
  • Spread the frosting evenly on top and you done! I hope you enjoy
