I would use a spray poly acrylic for sealing. If it is very watered down and liquidy it might seep through the edges. But if it still pretty thick I think you would be fine!

I have used chalk paint on a pizza pan but it’s scratches off the paint and you see the metal. Is there something I can use to seal it so it won’t scratch thank you
