Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.
Toss peaches with sugar + salt. Set aside.
Melt butter in a baking dish.
In a bowl: mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk until smooth.
Pour batter over melted butter (don’t stir!).
Spoon peaches + juices on top.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake 40–45 min until golden and bubbly. Serve warm with ice cream.
