The Ultimate Soft Buttermilk Bread

Ingredients

yeast

cups
warm water

cup
sugar
1 ½
cups
buttermilk
½
cup
butter
melted
2
eggs
6-8
cups flour
½
cup
butter
melted (for topping)
Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Mix together the first 3 ingredients (yeast, warm water, sugar) and let sit while yeast dissolves.
Add beaten eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and salt.
Stir in 6–8 cups flour until dough leaves the side of bowl or a ball is formed.
Place dough in greased bowl. Grease top of dough and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise until doubled.
Form into 4 round loaves and put in greased round pans. Or put into two 9x13 pans.
Poke holes on top of dough. Pour ½ cup melted butter over the loaves.
Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
Let rise for ½ hour.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Longer for the 9x13 pans.
Notes
The dough is sticky that is normal dont add to much flour I learned.
