Ham and Cheese Sliders are one of our go to recipes around here. We are always having all the kids and grandbabies over. So this makes for a quick and easy dinner. If you’re needing a last minute idea for company this is it!

This time we did accidentally leave them in the oven for a bit too long, so they are a little more toasty than normal. We were just distracted, I don’t even remember what was distracting us. There’s always something crazy going on around the farmhouse! If they had cooked any longer we probably wouldn’t have eaten them.

Easy Dinner Recipes

Usually we use havarti cheese on our sliders, but we didn’t have any. So we used cheddar and it was still so delicious. You can really use any cheese you prefer! We served these buns with some coleslaw and it was a great side for our ham and cheese sliders.

Ham and Cheese Sliders

The little amount of dijon mustard in the sauce adds just the right amount of tangy. And the italian seasoning is just so easy. That’s why I love the sauce is because it has minimal ingredients but still tastes so yummy. If you want another quick and easy dish to serve we love to make our one pan Italian pasta. It is a crowd pleaser and everyone will be wanting seconds.
