How To Make A Rice Bowl
A lot of the ingredients are ones we have on hand in our fridge at all times. If you are not a hoarder of all foods like me then you will have to plan this or make due with what you have.
Ideas For Taco Night
This meal works great as a taco or burrito type of night but you can also do a rice bowl or salad. We love our meats and veggies so getting them all in one meal is so easy and amazing!
Rice Bowl Recipe Chicken
These ingredients and directions are for the rice bowl and burrito recipes!
- Green Onion
- Jalapeno Ranch
- Chili Pepper
All these ingredients are optional to your tastes. You can substitute or leave out any of these for other veggies or meats. Especially if you are allergic.
Best tip to make this quick, buy the chicken pre cooked. I went to our local Fred Meyers Grocery Store and bought pre cooked chicken. Brought it home and warmed it up on a frying pan over the stove. Add a little seasoning if you like more but you can always just add seasoning to the burrito or bowl once its all together
Cut up your onions super small
Slice the cucumber and avocado and tomato
We buy already shredded cheese but if you don’t, use a shredder for better coverage with the cheese
We just sprinkled the chili pepper over the top, use as much as you like
Place all the ingredients you like on the tortilla or in a bowl and eat
